Family Photos!

Well the whole family finally found a weekend to get together for family pictures...it's been WAY TO LONG since we last got pictures. Last time they were taken I was still single so...ya we needed some new pictures.  We had Kelly Boren from Vernal take them, but I brought my camera along to and tried to get some fun pictures...these are all just ones I took, I can't wait to see the real ones! I think they will be awesome!

Little Love Notes

So lately Nate has been an even bigger sweetheart by leaving me the cutest little notes all around the house, which I have kept up because I love looking at them.  I'll wake up in the morning to find a Post-it on the bathroom mirror or after a long day at work I'll find one on the laundry room doors at the top of the stairs.  Nate is SO SWEET and thoughtful! I just LOVE him more because of how much he loves me!  Some days these notes are the perfect little pick-me-up that I need.

I came home to find this list of dinners for the week.  I usually try to write up a menu every week on Sunday but I didn't get a chance and found this Monday morning.  He really does try to do all he can to help me out and make my life easier! especially because sometime I can be kinda scatter brained...he keeps me organized. :)

SPRING!

I LOVE SPRING!  It's SO nice to have the warm weather finally here!  I love seeing all the blossoms and flowers.  It's so refreshing after the cold drabby winter.  I've been able to spend almost all of the last three days outside and it's been so lovely!  Good long walks with friends, bike rides, rollerblading, and even a little unicycling!  I have to be honest- it's been so long since I've actually pulled out a pair of roller blades, but it was SO FUN and it works your booty too!  I have made a goal for the rest of this spring and summer to spend as much time outside as possible. Nate and I are even planning on getting a pass at the Roy aquatic center for the summer so we can soak up some rays and spend some time in the pool :) 

By the way even though these white blossoms STINK so bad, they are so pretty so I couldn't resist having a little photo session with them outside the other day!

Also, I FINALLY got to go to Color Me Mine!!! Do you know about that place?? It is AWESOME!!  I LOVE it anyway and I've been telling Nate about it since we started dating, but we just never have gone...until a few weeks ago.  Oh man was I excited to go!  It's this cute little ceramic shop where you get to pick your own ceramic piece and then paint it however you want with their colorful glazes.  You leave your piece there and they fire it in their kiln and you pick it up a week later.

It is seriously so much fun!  I painted a plate and Nate painted a cereal bowl.  I was very proud of Nate's painting skills...I didn't find out till recently that he actually was into art in high school - how did I just find that out? lol anyway we just had a blast. One of the best date nights in a while I have to say and yes if you are looking for a good date idea or a fun party for a little one...it is great!!!
